  9. For a basic vinegrette salad dressing this is what I use:

  11. 1 tbls wine vingear (preferably white)
  12. 3-4 tbls olive oil
  13. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  14. a pinch of mustard powder
  15. salt and pepper
  16.  
  17. Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid.  Shake and serve and
  18. once.
